Unable to access redeemed rewards

I'm unable to access my list of previously redeemed rewards. There's a "Check back soon" message where they should be. It's been like this since noon today after I claimed some new rewards.

Good afternoon @alex179, and thank you for reaching out to us on our Community Forums regarding the issues you’re experiencing with accessing your redeemed rewards—we appreciate you letting us know.

To confirm, are you currently accessing your rewards through the Xfinity app or the online web portal? Additionally, have you tried clearing your browser’s cache and cookies to see if that resolves the issue?

Please let us know and we'll be happy to continue troubleshooting.

I spent almost 3 hours being transferred on the phone today only to have them agree with me that MANY Xfinity customers are having the exact issue that they cannot access their previous ( non expired) rewards.

Thank you for the suggestions the screenshots were from my all but  I also get from browser on every device incognito or not and cleared cache deleted app and reinstalled. There was an update today and I tried it all again. Nothing.
