Ultimate upgrade problem

I upgraded to the ultimate TV package today, but I still can't access the channels. I did a system refresh, unplugged and restarted cable box, etc.

Upgraded to ultimum 3 hrs ago. Do not see Bally sports yet.

user_ynljij I would be happy to take a look at your channels to see if there are any additional steps needed for you. Have you already restarted your equipment since upgrading though?

2 of my tvs upgraded, the 3rd did not
