Ugrade
I want to be able to watch the Boston Celtics, so I need the NBA Sports Boston channel. My current plan did have it, but it was taken away. Now you have to upgrade to the Ultimate pkg. I do not want a 185 channels that I will not watch, but it seems that’s the only way.
I spent well over an hour chatting with two agents last night to get a quote to upgrade to the Ultimate pkg. I was disconnected after receiving a quote for $196.69. So, I begrudgingly sent another chat and received a different quote of $ 204.10. I asked several times why it was different and he never answered that question. Meanwhile he is trying to upgrade my internet and phone. What a frustrating and exhausting experience and still nothing resolved.

I certainly understand wanting to keep up with your Celtics as it looks like Tatum could come back any day now with how he is hopping around, haha.
