Two concerns: I can't get the student discount and I want to change my installation date
1. I just bought a wifi plan yesterday because I saw there is a student discount of 25/mo for one year. However, every time I entered my information or clicked on the links, it never took me to where I could actually purchase this plan. So I thought maybe I just need to start building a plan and there will be a discount option. Again, I couldn't find anything about the student discount so I just ended up buying a normal plan but I still would love the student pricing! Is there anyway I can change this?
2. I got an email that my installation equipment was shipped but I don't know when the installation date is. It seems I can't change it right now, but since it was already shipped, I'm worried it's pretty soon and would like to change it to a later date.
If I can get help on these two things, that would be amazing!!

Thanks for reaching out to us ! This link https://www.xfinity.com/student has great information on the student Internet deals and offers. Student offers are exclusively online offers. Since you've already set up an account without the student offer go ahead and send me a direct message and let's see what options we have you can also address your concerns about the equipment being shipped out
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
