Xfinity has the absolute WORST customer service ever.  Last Saturday we got an email that Xfinity was raising our triple-play rate an obscene amount of money.  So I called to inquire about options.  I was told I could get a better rate if I had less channels. So I thought okay.  Next day I saw I lost a bunch of channels.  So I called and asked to restore what I had.  In the past week I've had three agents (one state-side who was NO help) tell me three different stories about fixing the issue and NONE if them fixed it.  One of them told me to unplug everything and reconnect.  Huh?  Sorry I'm old and can't figure this out.  Not sure why Xfinity is eager to take away channels remotely but can't figure how to restore them?  And, sorry if it sounds mean but I am tired of not understanding the foreign-shore help, I have the worst Philly accent ever but I at least try to speak slowly, there is too much background noise in their call-center to understand who is saying what.  Any ideas, Xfinity? All I want is to get my previous plan restored. And, please don't bother me with switching my cell to you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
