Tv wont connect to internet
Tv service stopped and now we can't reconnect. Internet works tv does not. Tried rebooting both devices and still wont connect

Hello @Jay006, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your TV service. I know how frustrating that can be. Thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps that you have taken. When you look at the TV now, does it show an error message, or is the screen completely black?
