how do i claim the free 50” tv , i opened a phone line a couple days ago and i look up the status of the free tv and nothing shows up

Find it in your rewards click on the reward, add the new number on the line you just got and I think the zip code and that should do it

I to seen it my brother just got one for opening a line 

I also opened 3 lines and I got no option for the tv but seen this on the app rite before adding lines

 I received mine like a month ago. Are you signed up for xfinity rewards/gold? I seen it there clicked on it and it took like 2 weeks to get accepted then it took like a week to come in from there.

Hello ..  I am an Xfinity silver member and I received the free Xumo tv (awesome!!!:-) 👍  Unfortunately for some reason it does not work at all.. It is brand new and all I have done is take it out of the box plug it in unplug it amd plugged it in again and try to turn it on and nothing...  There is a little red light but that's it.  So it is now back in the box and I have no clue what to do .
