Turn off autopay

Hello, I’ve been trying to figure this out for two months now! Every time my bill is paid it’s coming out of my account during the week I don’t get paid which I’ve been trying to avoid, so assuming this was optional I figured you could just turn the autopay off, WRONG. I’ve gotten nothing but the run around about this & keep getting directed to the regular xfinity site that basically gives you instructions on how to turn off your cable/internet bill autopay which is pointless! HOW do you stop this ?! You guys really need to get it together I’m really regretting switching to your carrier.

Hi, @user_b69a5b.

You can change your billing due date by going here: https://comca.st/3HZRkDJ. This way your payment will come out of your account when you would like it to.

@user_b69a5b I would like to take a look at your account and see why you are unable to move your due date.

Could you please send our team a private message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a Private message to Xfinity Support from any Forum page:

Click "Sign In" if that prompt is visible

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

I no longer work for Comcast.
