Tubi App, are you blocking it?

Just be honest....  Does Xfinity Block TUBI?  I'm guessing the answer is yes because Tubi is a free service & they offer quite a lot.  It works fine on my firestick however I get an error message when using the Xfinity box.  I understand you want to sell us channel packages, but Tubi is certainly no "industry villain".  Please fix & give us Tubi back.  Thank you!

I have had Tubi for years and it is not being blocked by Comcast.

@MNtundraRET Wifi in general No.  It works via firestick.  However, the cable box reads an error message even after reboot/updates.  If your box is fine maybe it depends on the generation of box you were issued.  My box is less than 2 years old, you are saying years...

I only have a Legacy cable-box and DSL for cable. Maybe that makes a difference.

@MNtundraRET Could be.  The box I use is a free box Comcast was giving their costumers who just had a net package.  Tubi worked great 6 months ago, then all of a sudden (after an update) I've been getting Error messages <It looks like Tubi isn't available right now. Try again later" Could be a problem with the application>  Now what I don't like about this is that Comcast is making it sound like its Tubi. Not real happy about the dishonesty if this is the case.  Would certainly LOVE to hear a Comcast Rep address what I'm saying here.

Thanks for reaching out to us,  Tubi is available free to all xfinity customer, I would try doing a hard reset on your cable box by unplugging the power cord from the back of the cable box for 30 seconds, then plugging back in, this will do a hard rest on the cable box and reset and update the software settings. Let me know if that fixed the issues, I had to do the same thing when one of my free apps was giving me the same error message.
