Trying to update TV Plan

Hello,

I am on legacy TV plan deal that I believe may have expired since my bill has been going up. I was trying to switch to a new plan, but doing so online is quite confusing, and it looks like I would be downgrading my TV plan, but paying more. Can someone please contact me to discuss changing my plan or seeing if there are any deals available? I also do not see options for contract vs no contract.

Thanks!

user_71sc29 Thank you for posting on our community forum so we can find a TV option that's perfect for your entertainment needs :). Our new price locks guarantee your monthly rate without a service contract, so you have the freedom to cancel or make changes at any time without any penalty. This all-in pricing includes our state-of-the-art modem rental, unlimited data, and advanced security for all your connected devices for the ultimate peace of mind.

Do you also have Xfinity Internet? You get the best pricing available when you bundle multiple services together. Let's take a moment to discuss the way you use the internet so I can make the best recommendation based on your network usage. How many devices are typically connected to the internet? What is the internet used for? Is there any video conferencing, streaming in 4K, online school, etc happening regularly?

Thanks for the reply. I already have the Gigabit internet, which I am very happy with. Two years ago I signed a contract for 'Ultimate TV' and Gigabit Internet bundle, which I believe has expired. My bill jumped up to almost $300 this month, so looking to scale back the TV plan unless there is a deal to be had.
