Trying to pay a bill

Your robot says how much I owe but mysteriously cannot find payment info and will NOT let me talk to an agent. Why is it so insanely hard to talk to an actual person. I recently got a new debit card and the old one was on recurring payments. Just wanna resolve this. So frustrated at your system.
