Trying to order new remote
Our Xfinity remote no longer works, we've had it for years. I tried to order one via Xfinity assistant, but when it says it's connecting me to a chat agent, after ten minutes or so the agent still hasn't appeared. This is both on the desktop version and the app version of Xfinity. We'd just like to order a new remote, any help is appreciated.

Just a friendly reminder, if you click on https://comca.st/2NdVXA7 and download our XFINITY TV Remote App you can turn your smartphone into a TV remote with the voice command control. How cool is this right, I used this app when my remote wasn't working. What I love is that Comcast does an amazing job of making it easy for you to enjoy your services. Does this help?
