Trying to move to a new address. Address not found.

Hello! I am trying to move my service to a new address. When I enter my address, my apartment unit is not listed, but there are other units that appear. I would appreciate if I could receive some help!

It can be that we have never had service at that apartment as yet, so it is not in the system. I will be happy to get that added from here. Can you send me a direct message with your full name and complete address for your current service? To send a direct message.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
