Trying to get new installation for new construction is terrible.

Been trying to get Comcast to send out their construction team to install cable in my new house.  I’m 375 feet away from the street.  The customer service is not helpful.   I need this work done ASAP.

Thank you for your reply.  Working with customer support and the construction team to get this installed.  Will mark this as an accepted answer, after my installation is fully functional.  Then I know that Comcast will follow through on it's support.

@user_655dba final follow up here to close this out, for others.  I ended up going to my town directly to get this resolved.  Since we have a contract with Comast, the town contacted our business parter to get this work done immediately.  For others, contacting your town and speaking with their business department was the right route for us.
