Calling customer service about a billing situation has been trrrible. One time said it’s done.  Then it happens again

Beginning December 20th 2025 Xfinity no longer offers a discount for enrolling in automatic payments through a debit or credit card, a $10 discount can be received if automatic payments are set up through your checking account, more information can be found here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/automatic-payment-paperless-billing. user_37rzae, hello there and thanks for reaching out. I want to apologize about your experience as that isn't something we'd want to experience nor want you to. I'd like to understand a bit more of your situation. When you're mentioning your billing situation being horrible, what exactly are you referencing it to?
