Troubleshooting for my cable


I have unplugged my system twice to reboot it and it keeps coming up after about eight minutes of all these screens checking my entertainment experience or whatever it says that there’s an issue connecting to the Internet. I don’t understand what the problem is 30 minutes ago my TV was fine. The only thing I noticed was I couldn’t get the guide to give me what was on TV. And then I turned the TV off to try to reboot it. I need some help and it’s very frustrating that I cannot reach a customer service representative because every time I call the call keeps failing and failing and failing this is very frustrating. Please advise me

Hi there! We are sorry to hear you are having issues with your TV service. I understand how frustrating that can be. Have you gotten the chance to check if there is an active interruption in your area? You can check online HERE or use the My Account app to see if there are any known service disruptions.
 
It may be worthwhile to also reset your TV box by unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. Please let us know if you need further assistance. We are here to help.
