Trouble with military discount

I am trying to verify my military service but whenever I log in and try to verify it at xfinity.com/military, it prepopulates with my wife's maiden name (which no account exists in since we got married and she moved in) despite the account being in my own name. If we try to complete it as her and say that it is for her spouse, even though I'm uploading my LES, it says I have to provide a valid military email address...but doesn't accept it even when I put my army.mil email address in. Is there another way to verify my military status since your system seems to be broken? I've tried clearing my cache, along with using three different browsers.

Hi @user_xnq7hw,

Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. Thanks for showing interest in our Military Community Benefits. We provide special benefits for military service members to support Comcast's commitment to the military community. Active duty/active service, retired, and veteran military service members from all branches are eligible to receive the benefits.

Very strange how the Your Service Matters web portal is not allowing for submission. You do not have any pop-up blockers or anything active? Have you also attempted to call 1-800-948-8174?

I don't have any pop-up blockers active; the problem seems to start with the incorrect information that Comcast is prepopulating my account with.

I tried to call, but they are closed and are only open during the hours when I work.

Okay, thank you for the confirmation of the pop-up blockers not being active. I can look further into that issue from here if you could send us a direct message with the full nam and complte address for your service.

To send a direct message [private message]:

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

@XfinityJohnG Just sent, thank you.

@XfinityJohnG The representative I'm chatting with now says that the only option is to call the military line, despite the fact that I work during the hours that they're open. I can't afford to take time off from work to try to deal with this issue. You had said that a ticket could be submitted given that it was an issue with the website; is that something you would be able to assist me with?
