Trouble viewing membership benefits page

Today I am having trouble viewing the Xfinity Membership Benefits page to look at the new benefits

I am getting an error screen that says,

"A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields')."

And it is just a blank page. This happens on the Xfinity app and Chrome and Opera browsers and my home computer using Safari.

Same issue here. Tried multiple browser, incognito mode, multiple devices, cleared cache, app as well. All same error when trying to redeem today's rewards (or any rewards). No VPN, both wifi and cellular. I am the only account holder.

user_d911uy, Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. I can undersand the concern with running into this, especially when you’re simply trying to check out your new Xfinity Membership benefits. Thank you for already testing the app and several different browsers and devices. Since you’re receiving the same “rendering error” across each of them, I’d be happy to take a closer look with you and determine the best next steps to get this addressed. Would you mind sending us a direct message with your first/last name and full address by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page? Once you click on that, click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the 'To:" line, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message.

Thanks for sharing your similar feedback, @user_xhn8vv. May we ask what troubleshooting you've gone through so far, such as clearing cache and cookies, using another browser, incognito mode, etc.?

I've been having the same issue (tried logging in with my phone and my desktop, tried clearing cookies). There is no "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner of the page.  Just a bell and an avatar.

Xfinity rewards now loads for me (first time in 5 hours) but today’s giveaways ($10 Dunkin’ card and Beetlejuice movie) are all gone.

Same issue, Now all of today's free movie are gone. Tried Chrome Edge and cellphone. All give error - A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields'). Why did website work for some users and not others?

user_cfistr Yeah, with the same error happening in Chrome, Edge, and on your cellphone, I wouldn’t keep having you repeat browser troubleshooting. The fact that today’s free movies disappeared as well definitely gives us more to go on. Let’s take a closer look at what’s happening. Please send us your full name and complete address via our DM.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
