Trouble switching from Voice Edge Select to Business Voice Edge
We recently signed new contracts with Comcast as we had a product that was being superseded. So after being contacted by your sales team we chose to move ahead and since that point it was a debacle. It would be comical if it didn't result in us being without phone service for 14 days. As the blunders are too numerous to outline here I'd appreciate someone from Comcast reaching out to me to discuss. Thank you

Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. I do apologize, but we are not too familiar with the Comcast Business side of the services. We handle mostly our residential services. Regarding our residential services, we do offer different phone plans and typically we can process the changes within 24-72 hours. So waiting 2 weeks seems very odd. I would highly recommend contacting our Comcast Business support team by calling (800) 391-3000 so our Comcast Business team can take a look and escalate as needed.
