Tried getting internet online but never got a confirmation email and cant sign in.
Earlier today I tried to set up home internet online and after going through all the steps I never got a confirmation email. It left me on a page with an order number that I still have. I also can't seem to sign into any Xfinity stuff. I have tried both from an incognito window and also after I cleared my cookies and cached data but the site just can't seem to sign me in right. If the order failed I can just redo it as it took me quite a while the first time but I don't want to make a second order when the first one could still go through.

If you did not get a confirmation email the order did not go through, and may want to try that again. Please let us know how that works for you. We are here to assist!
