Tried getting internet online but never got a confirmation email and cant sign in.

Earlier today I tried to set up home internet online and after going through all the steps I never got a confirmation email. It left me on a page with an order number that I still have. I also can't seem to sign into any Xfinity stuff. I have tried both from an incognito window and also after I cleared my cookies and cached data but the site just can't seem to sign me in right. If the order failed I can just redo it as it took me quite a while the first time but I don't want to make a second order when the first one could still go through.

No, I never got an email confirmation on my end. I did get an email for me to verify my email and every time I try to sign in it also sends me a message letting me know. I did not get a purchase confirmation email though

If you did not get a confirmation email the order did not go through, and may want to try that again. Please let us know how that works for you. We are here to assist!

ok but it still seems like it created an account for me. Will I be able to use that account next time or should I find a way to delete it? If I go to xfinity.com it asks me to sign in which I do. and then it takes me to "https://www.xfinity.com/auth" which still has a sign in button in the corner. That button though either brings me to an error page or just brings me back to the same page. Just wanting to know what is going on there. Thanks!

  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it
