Tree Removal

I'm trying to have a tree removed that's between cable/power lines and a home. The tree is dead and a danger to those around, and i need to have the lines dropped so the tree can be taken down by a tree service. I had someone come out and take pics to send to the "construction department" and have yet to hear back and its been 2 weeks. Is there a "construction department" customer service line. The general customer service line is of no help.

Comcast [any department] doesn't do tree removal.  Whomever the dead tree belongs to is responsible for having it removed.

Comcast can do that but cannot remove the tree.  If the tree is on the line, it will need to be removed first.

Hey there, @user_vzkq44, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your tree removal and the lines. I would be happy to check on the status of that survey that was completed. You have reached the right place!

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
