Tree knocked out cable and it is is impossible to get help!
We recently had a wind storm that knocked down the cable coming from the power lines to our house. I've been trying to get ahold of somebody at Xfinity to come and replace them but it's been impossible to even talk to an actual person. This is been extremely frustrating and I don't know what steps to take and I'm going to leave Xfinity and take a mobile carrier instead. This customer service is so terrible that I think we can live without the faster speeds

Updates really won't do you any good! I am getting updates for my outage and it was already repaired five hours ago.
"NOT!" All of the main cables between phone poles are still laying here on the ground by my driveway. There is no crew here working on it at all. Don't bother getting updates they're all BS anyway.
