Tree fell down on overhead Comcast messenger wire

Hello,

 

We are in the midst of a severe wind storm. We lost a tree, which fell directly on the overhead Comcast messenger line that runs from the street to the house and snapped the line. We currently have no home internet. Finding a way to report this online has proven difficult. How do we get someone out to repair the line?

@blastcaves I am so very sorry to hear that your drop line was broken due to a tree impact. Those high winds are no joke.
