Transmission Line Block Property Access

I am looking for contact information or a recommendation for a next step.
Access to my driveway by anything other than a low sedan is being blocked by a low hanging Comcast transmission line. I have been attempting to work through normal Comcast XFinity channels for over two months now and have made no progress.
The issue is at my home at [Edited: "Personal Information"].
I have opened the following 'tickets' with Comcast, as well as visited the local XFinity retail stores in both Flowood and Ridgeland. The ticket numbers I have are:
[Edited: "Personal Information"] Opened 9/23, received a visit from an engineer who inspected cable and said they would schedule a bucket truck to come raise the cable.
Upon calling two weeks later, it was stated the ticket was closed because the cable is not active and there is no service provided by it. Told the ticket would be reopened.
Called back five day later and was told the ticket was lost and a new one needed to be created.
[Edited: "Personal Information"] Opened 10/23, stayed on the phone as a SRO was generated and Job number [Edited: "Personal Information"] created. Told that I would be visited the next day.  Called two days later and was told the ticket was closed with no action as it was an "incorrect" type of ticket.
[Edited: "Personal Information"] was opened on 10/24 and I was told I would receive a call within 24 hours. No call was received. Again contacted customer service, and was told there were no updates on the ticket, but it would be escalated and I would receive a call today. Again, no returned call.
The situation is becoming dire as I am unable to get propane delivered and my take is below 10%.
What are the next steps you would recommend?
