Transferring account to another person

I moved out of the location where my service is set up, but some of my old roommates stayed. I'd like to find a way to easily allow one of my old roommates to continue the service without having to go through the whole process of setting everything up again. Is there a way to transfer ownership of my account to them?

Hi @user_l02utn,

I hope the move went or is going as about as good as a move can go! To answer your question, Yes! You can complete a change of ownership on your Xfinity account. The Change ownership of an Xfinity account article shares details about the process, and we'll get you the help that you need to make this happen. To get started we'll need to gather some additional details to locate your account. Please send our team a direct message with your full name and service address.
