Transferred service but reward tier didn't follow.
I recently moved and my new home got created as a new account rather than a transfer so I have a new account number. I created ticket ECM0001253447 on April 15 to get the comcast rewards tier applied to the new account. I was assured in May that the ticket was expedited and that it would be resolved soon. I still haven't heard anything and the reward tier has not changed. How do I get someone to act on this ticket to transfer our history to the new account?
