Hello! I recently transferred to Xfinity mobile from Verizon. Should I still be receiving billing from Verizon or is it strictly from Xfinity? This is my first time ever transferring a device.

@user_ygv0vl You will be billed by Xfinity Mobile. You gave them a credit/debit card for billing when you signed up. When you transfer service, your account with Verizon should be closed. Likely any bill you received would have been for services rendered prior to the switch. Take a look at the billing dates. If a problem or error, you should contact Verizon for assistance.

Your billing with the prior provided should cease from the date your transfer is complete. If you are receiving any further billing other than a final billing statement, you would need to contact them for a resolution.

You may receive a bill for whatever portion of the cycle you were in with Verizon you used. After that, you should not be billed by Verizon. Your billing will now be with xfinity. Your first month after transfer is the only month in which you may receive a bill from both Verizon and xfinity.
