Transfer Service to a Newly Constructed Home.

Need help moving my service. Transferring to a new construction home and using the xfinity move my service doesn’t recognize the new address and that prevents me from transferring service.

To get started please select the "peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page), click the "new message" icon, type/select "Xfinity Support", and then type/send your name with your current address.

Thank you so much for the response and I apologize for the slight delay. I am sorry to hear that the peer to peer option isn't available, can I have you try accessing the desktop site on your phone?

Are you signed in?  Are you using a browser and the site https://forums.xfinity.com ?  If signed in, you should be able to see and click on the 'text message' icon, then click on the 'pencil on paper' icon for creating a new message and type in 'Xfinity Support'.  Individual Comcast agents have messaging disabled so you cannot expect to type in their name and send a message.

gotcha.  I was like for "peer to peer" chat.  Thank you for the clarification.
