Hello @user_ef25f5, thanks for reaching out for help with your account.

Moving does not change your eligibility to receive ACP. However, you may need to re-enroll in ACP through Xfinity at your new address. If you move into an area not serviceable by Xfinity, you should check with your new Internet service provider to find out if they are also a participating provider in ACP and how to enroll.

We are also here to help with your account however we can. To get started, please use the chat icon in the upper right to enter Direct Messaging and send us a message with your full name and full address.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "direct messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

Please let me know if you have any questions or run into any problems.

I am or was with the ACP Program/Internet Essentials.  My CURRENT service address is <EDIT: Removed Personal Information>.  I HAVE moved to <EDIT: Removed Personal Information>.  I WANT to keep my ACP service.  Do I reach out to ACP?

I am having issues transferring my ACP benefits to Xfinity due to my application not been found. I re certified last week and my application beginning with the letter B became replaced with the letter S followed by numbers. I already contacted ACP and according to them I don’t need to provide my application number to transfer to another company. What can I do?

@user_fqu226  I'm having the same issue!! Did you get yours solved? I've been bounced around and told different things each time. My benefit was transferred to another company without me knowing.

Hi, @user_w5h30d. Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I see you're having similar troubles on your end. To confirm, are you already on ACP and wish to bring it to Xfinity?
