Did you ever get your pin? I have been dealing with this same issue for the last 4 days. I request the pin via the website and the app, get the message that the pin was sent - it never comes.

Thanks for reaching out to us, to get your transfer pin to port out your number:

 

  1. Go to Xfinity Mobile on a computer
  1. Hover over your name in the top right and click My Account
  1. Go to the Devices section
  1. Click the line you want to port out
  1. Click Learn More to Transfer your number
  1. Select the number to get a transfer PIN via SMS

By phone 

  1. Call Xfinity Mobile at 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489)
  1. Use the online chat feature to request your transfer PIN
