TRANSFER OR ONBOARD

I had to report Xfinity to the Better Business Bureau - along with millions of other subscribers.  I have spent a month, six phone hours, two Xfinity visits to my home and endless hours of on-site investigation to simply change my account to my apartment community's bundle plan. This should be a fairly simple procedure, but it hasn't been.  I could get a new kidney for less effort.
