Transfer modem/flex to different account

I handled the service for my college house and was hoping to send my service/modem and flex box to a new account. Is this possible

Hi there @user_4eae8e I know how important it is to transfer your equipment to a new account. Is this your own equipment or Comcast leased modem? Is the old account still active?
