Total service outage - Buckhead/Sandy Springs area
Service in the Sandy Springs/buckhead area has been out over 14 hours now. ETA’s have been totally unreliable. Several people on the street work from home, including myself, and we are needing a realistic time-frame here so if needed, that we can make other plans.
The repair has been pushed back 6+ times now. 12am, 3am, 5am, 6am, 9am, now “as soon as possible”. Can we please get a realistic idea of what’s going on, and how long this is actually going to take? Like I said, I need to make other arrangements if I’m not going to have access from home.
The best answer we can get is that the issue is back “under investigation” since 5am? So 5 hours now, with no repair in process? That’s wild.
Id like to add - this keeps happening in our area, this is becoming more and more common that we lose service. It’s becoming quite frustrating that this continues to happen anytime there is a light storm.
