Tired of Paying so much!

When I started this service, it was $99 a month.  My bill this month was $186!  And!  The bill keeps increasing every month!  Why am I paying you $186 a month just for internet?!  This is ridiculous!  On top of that, you cut my service off today!  Im tired of being a slave to [EDITED: Language] Xfinity!  I will no longer pay you an increasing fee every month!

Hi there, @user_ghkc07. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. Seeing your bill go up is never a happy thing, and we understand that. The most common reason that your bill would increase is because you may have come off of a promotional rate. In the spirit of transparency, we provide a listing of the active promotions, the amount saved, and the end date on each and every billing statement. It would be under your services in green text. If you are doing paperless billing, you can check your statements with the directions here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-billing-history

If you are looking to lower the bill, we can certainly review any options that are available to you.

Please send a direct message to us including your full name and complete street address.
