This is the worst
I pay over $100 a month for just Wi-Fi. Right now it says that there’s an outage in my area, but I live in a condo complex in all of my immediate neighbors in the entire complex have their Wi-Fi even though they also have Xfinity I can’t get my modem restarted by myself every time I try to call I get a robot that says there’s nothing anyone can do until the outage is resolved and I can’t get to speak to a real person… it’s not even real customer support. What a pathetic joke.
