They told me they cannot make a payment arrangement

I was told REPEATEDLY that Xfinity can not make a payment arrangement without my consent, however there was a payment arrangement made without my consent, further I had to block this payment due to the fact I did not make an arrangement. They turned off my service and will not make an arrangement to get the full amount owed in one week from now. Customer Service just continued to read me the same “script” over and over. A full hour on the phone and no arrangement could be made, therefore Xfinity won’t get any part of the $690 owed because they will not make an arrangement and restore service.  I am being forced to get service elsewhere, and I will not be paying Xfinity anything. They seemed to be fine with that. So I am forced to discontinue service and not pay any part of the amount outstanding. Not a good business move. If customer service just keeps repeating the same “speal” and does not address my issue at all. I might as well be texting a robot.  I spoke to a so called supervisor who was just another customer service agent, his name was Jose and did the same script as the first guy!! Xfinity loses $700 and all future months I’d have service. So it will be Xfinitys loss. The customer service is really a joke, might as well be a robot.
