The worst customer service
This company has the worst customer service I have ever received. They refuse to let you speak to someone on the phone and force you to use a link where it takes the agent 10 minutes to respond. When you request to have a call back, you do not receive one and have to start the process all over again. When you finally can get someone to call you they don’t even know how to answer your questions. It’s like they just read from a script that isn’t solving any problems. I will be cancelling as soon as my contract is over. My WiFi doesn’t even reach my entire condo and this is the customer service I have to deal with smh.

Hello, @user_tm1a8x. We would hate to lose you as a customer, especially for something we can help with, like the wifi signal not reaching your entire condo. So that we don't go over something you've already done, can you please share withe me what troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own?
Have you by any chance tried using the Xfinity app to reset the modem? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?
