The worst customer service

This company has the worst customer service I have ever received. They refuse to let you speak to someone on the phone and force you to use a link where it takes the agent 10 minutes to respond. When you request to have a call back, you do not receive one and have to start the process all over again. When you finally can get someone to call you they don’t even know how to answer your questions. It’s like they just read from a script that isn’t solving any problems. I will be cancelling as soon as my contract is over. My WiFi doesn’t even reach my entire condo and this is the customer service I have to deal with smh.
