the tech never finished installing my line....

the said theyd come back to finish installing but my line is now swaying in the breeze and contacting comcast is a hassle as ive tried to get them to do maintenance but ive been ignored for like 6+years and they never actually check/do maintenance anyways so what should i do or who should i call????

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

well had some service guys come and finish installing even though they werent equipped for said job but they got it done right and they said theyd have maintenance come check up on it but i doubt thatll ever happen in my area due to the 4+years of my line not being maintained

I'm glad they were able to get it finished and thanks for letting us know. Maintenance request do show on our end within 72 hours and we can certainly follow a long on it to make sure everything is taken care of for you. When you get a chance, can you send us a direct message?
