The tech left a screwdriver bit. How do I return?

The help line is [Edited: "Language"] useless. I cannot get a human being, and I cannot get the [Edited: "Language"] AI to understand the issue. The tech who came to my home yesterday left behind a screwdriver bit, and I would like to know how to return it. How do I get in contact with a [Edited: "Language"] human to try and get this back to him?
