The picture on my TV does not fill the entire screen. The picture is a rectangle in the middle of the screen.

How do I make the picture on my TV fill the entire screen?

That means that you are watching a SD (420p) channel on a HD television. That is normal unless you used TV remote to enlarge the picture.

Switch the channel to the HD channel.

Thank you for your reply.  I tried to switch to the HD channel, and my screen said "Available only with HDTV service.  Call 1-800-xfinity for ordering info."

Does your bill show you are paying for HD service?

I will move your post to Customer Service forum for help.

No.  My bill does not show that I am paying for HD service.  Thank you for your help.

Hi there! I'd be glad to ensure that this gets looked into further. Please send a private message with your name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, and any pertinent details-- like the ticket number(s)-- so we can help. You can do this by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner of your screen and send a message to the shared handle "Xfinity Support"
