The junction box was broken into and damaged.

The junction box was broken into and damaged by neighbor. An illegal connection was made. I can't get a technician out to fix it.

Absolutely yes. I have been dealing with this for a year.

The box cover was torn off and it is in the rain. The box location is on the wall of my neighbor's house behind me.

I drove down to my local xfinity office and explained it to them. They entered a service ticket, but early the next morning the ticket was canceled. No one came out.

I got a netgear nighthawk and discovered 4 other devices connected to my internet. My neighbor  does not have an Xfinity account.

The building has two apartments. The lower one has your service. The upper apt. does not to the best of my knowledge.

Sounds like a lot of work. I have been through this for a year already with no help.

I am checking att service right now.

What you need to do, for the future, is find out why the men at the victory drive xfinity office became "wide eyed" when I gave them my address and then the service call was canceled.

ATT looks very good. Other people in the neighborhood have switched
