The Customer Service Is Trash!!
I called them to get service in my new home because they are the only ones in my area that can provide the speed I need for my job. I had to pay an old account first which is fine I paid it they tell me a technician will be there Friday I say okay cool because I have to be to work on Sunday Jan. 21st they say someone will be out on Friday between 1-3 pm. I then receive a text at 1:45 pm saying sorry we missed you, mind you me and my husband are home nobody came we had our blinds open and all. So I call them they say oh it’s just a delay but somebody is coming. It is now going on 6:30 pm we call again they say the appointment was on hold because it was an outage and the technicians cannot come today but they will be there Saturday morning. Can you guess who didn’t show up this morning?? An xfinity technician I sit on the phone with multiple agents who say oh yes somebody is coming on Sunday between 8-10am mind you I start work tomorrow at 10am so I say that’s fine, I get off the phone only to get a text an hour later saying your appointment is set for Jan,23,2024 and I’m like okay no that’s not right that’s not what they said. I call back at this point I’m freaking out because this is now playing with my livelihood and they are acting all nonchalant like it’s no big deal someone is coming on Tuesday I’m like so I’m just supposed to miss two whole days of work!? And Theo ask to speak with a manager I wait on hold FOR AN HOUR ONLY for them to hang up on me at this point I’m in tears because they are playing with my job and I hate that they are the only provider in my area with the requirements my job ask for. They are so unprofessional and so disrespectful to others time and money. As soon as I find someone else I’m dropping them!!

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

Yea I decided to get xfinity a little cheaper but they are the worst people to deal with I swear [Edited: Language] I mean they act like complete [Edited: Language]!!
