The address where I'm planning to move is recognized as a business. I need to be sure I will be able to transfer my service
Good evening,
I'm looking at a new apartment in Mill Creek, Washington. I want to make sure I can transfer my gigabit service to this location. Please correct your system so that it is recognized as an apartment. The community is listed on apartments.com.

I have seen others with the same issue online, and I assume this can be corrected. I was directed to go to the physical store nearby when I chatted with support online. I live in Colorado right now. I cannot go to the physical store near the apartments. Please correct the classification of this address in your system. There are many new apartments at this location that opened recently. You will lose a great deal of potential business if you do not correct the classification of this apartment complex.
