The absolute worst and unreliable service ever

There are outages in my area every week for hours...all day and into the night.  This has happened every week for at least the last month and my patience is done.  I am paying over 200 a month for the most unreliable service I have ever experienced.   Do they offer a bill credit...heck no.  I am so sick of this.  There is also one channel I enjoy. It is religious programming and it is only offered on their most expensive plan....are you kidding me.  When I had att uverse, it was available on the cheaper plans.   Believe me, I am shopping for more reliable and more economical service.  This is insane and inexcusable.    I'm done.
