Terrible service

Terrible service  5605 Lakewood Towne Center Blvd SW Ste A, Lakewood, WA 98499. A few days ago, I switched from T-Mobile to Xfinity Mobile and ordered new phones. I came to the Xfinity store because the SIM/eSIM on my old phone was no longer working, and I was also unable to properly install or activate my line on my new phone.

When I came to the store to resolve the issue, I was told that my phone number still belonged to T-Mobile and that I needed to resolve the problem with my previous carrier. I was very surprised because I had already switched to Xfinity Mobile and had ordered new phones through Xfinity.

The store employees told me that they could not help me and that I had to deal with T-Mobile, a company I was no longer using. I was then told to leave the store.

Because my phone line was not working for several hours, I lost money and missed important work-related calls. This situation caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss.

I am very disappointed with the way this issue was handled. I expected Xfinity Mobile to assist me with transferring and activating my phone line, especially since I became an Xfinity customer and purchased new phones. Instead, I was sent back to my previous carrier and was asked to leave the store.

I would like Xfinity to investigate what happened, explain why my number was not properly transferred, and address the financial loss and inconvenience caused by the interruption of my service.
