Terrible service

This is the worse service ever. My WiFi was slow so customer service said to exchange modem for a newer one. I did as they requested and the modem didn’t work. I had internet for about 15 minutes and it went out again and again and again. So they sent out a technician and supposedly it was all fixed and once again when I got home the internet worked for about 30 minutes and that’s it. I spent more time texting their text assistant that couldn’t help me at all and when I finally got to speak with someone they ran the same diagnostic test as they do through the text assistant. So tomorrow they will send another technician to do the same [Edited: "Profanity"] thing and come out with the same [Edited: "Profanity"] results. Very frustrating and inconvenient!!! Their phone service [Edited: "Language"] too even through they said my phone service would still work over seas. Not a true statement on their behalf because my phone barely worked anywhere out side the country and I used roaming service and when I came back to the states my phone wouldn’t work I had to sit and chat with an assistant to get my phone service work and got a fat bill for being over seas and I’m paying for a service that [Edited: "Language"]!!!!

Mileselim  Having a service (internet in this case) not working is never a good experience for any customer. Having another technician come out is the next step becuase you're still without properly running internet. As far as your phone goes, we do offer a Global Trabvel Pass. Here is a great link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/global-travel-pass for you to view that for future reference. My team I will check in tomorrow to see how your appointment went.
