Terrible service during a STORM
They sent me a message saying after 6 days that service was restored. It was not. I can’t get anyone on the phone. It instead kept trying to send me links. I CANT USE THE LINKS. We don’t have cell service!! How is this hard? On top of all of that they STILL took FULL PAYMENT while I don’t have service. I can’t wait to get back on so I can cancel.
