Terrible Internet Service
I am getting terrible internet from past 2 months.
You are citing the replacement of Router device and recommending to use Xfinity Gateway apart from least recommended routers from
other vendors.
My device was never listed in your approved device list from past 2 years and all of a sudden you want me to get a new device or rent for $15/month.
This is robbery, i make sure to slowly close my services with xfinity.

Hey user_typu37, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. When you say you are having terrible internet, are you experiencing slow speeds or disconnects? Also, what type of gateway is it?
