Terrible Company
I’ve had one of the worst experiences with Xfinity. They took money from my account and never refunded it, even after multiple calls and promises that it would be “handled soon.” Their customer service is a complete nightmare — every time you call, you get transferred around to people who don’t seem to know what’s going on, and sometimes they’re located out of state and can’t actually help.
It’s ridiculous how hard it is to get a straight answer or speak to someone who can actually fix the issue. I’ve spent hours on the phone and gotten nowhere. Xfinity clearly doesn’t care about their customers once they’ve got your money.
Save yourself the frustration — go with literally any other provider if you can.
