Terminate my Inter service

Hi I need to terminated my internet service July 7th. But the app did not gave me an option to stop the service.

Please just have the final date on the account be July 7th. I just called the customer service to requet a cancellation, but I didn't get the confirmation email yet. Can you help double check on this? if it has been cancelled can you help confirm, if not, plase help process it with the cancellation. thank you!

@peterspinach0 I can definitely confirm if an order has been placed for the 7th being the final date of service. From experience, customers have let me know it can take up to 24 hours to get an order confirmation (with you mentioning not receiving one yet).
